Sweet Stout

Postby whitedj » Mon Feb 24, 2014 12:32 pm

Here's my sweet stout recipe. Overall, I enjoy it; however, it's not really per style. It could use more roasted malt as the roast and color are both a little light.
NOTE: I add roast and crystal malts during sparge.
Batch was split - 1lb lactose was added to 5 gallons in the keg
- 3 gallons were doped with Sumatra Coffee (coarse ground) in the keg.
